Service, maintenance

With a growing number of Westmatic factory trained service technicians on the road, we can quickly be on site for maintenance, repairs, or training. Westmatic service technicians are typically supplied with service vehicles equipped with spare parts inventories for quick repairs. In cases where a unique part is not available on hand, we have a well-stocked central warehouse for next-day shipping in Buffalo, NY. 



Downtime is always prioritized. Your washer means a great deal to your operation, and we know this. Remote technical support is the first step to resolving an issue and Westmatic washers include free lifetime technical support as long as the washer is in service. Question? Concerns? Need help with complex diagnostics or something as simple as starting the washer?

Service agreement as needed

PMI (Preventive Maintenance Inspection) service agreements are available for all Westmatic washers and equipment in operation. PMI programs can be customized to align with the wash loads on the equipment and the needs of the facility. PMI program yearly visits can consist of two, three, four, six, or even twelve visits per year. You decide. We customize. Standard PMI and PMI-Plus programs available.

As a Westmatic PMI program holder, you enjoy special pricing as well.  A 15% discount on almost all parts and service. 


We utilize only Westmatic factory trained techs for PMI services and customers can expect detailed service reports and PMI checklist after every visit. If suggested repairs are found, quotes will always be supplied.

Extended warranty

Washing systems from Westmatic are delivered as standard with a one-year warranty. By supplementing the delivery with a service agreement from Westmatic we offer extended warranty


Westmatic service agreement:

  • it is ensured that service is carried out with trained personnel and according to schedule


Westmatic detergent:

  • optimal washing results are ensured while the environment and the washing equipment are not damaged.

In addition, as always with large moving machinery, safety is top important.


We offer a number of different training courses for both the training of new staff and the further training of experienced staff.


Some examples of training packages:

  • The washing facility - How the equipment works
  • Washing training - How vehicles are washed efficiently and economically
  • Detergent (chemicals) – Use, dosage and cost-effectiveness
  • Tank systems – Water flows, oil separators, filters, pH and water recovery
  • Wash – Wash administration, operation, control, follow-up and finance.
